Jasmine Kennedy
Hello hello, I’m Jasmine Kennedy and I’m a 17-year-old singer/songwriter from a small town called Batley near Leeds (ish). I’ve been writing and performing my own stuff for just over a year now.
I have a big thing for lyrics, although mine tend to lead people to believe I‘m much more insightful than I actually am. At the age of 16 I recorded and released my debut album ‘I Don’t Have An Uncle Pat’ which a couple of people seem to like (namely my mum and dad who may just be being polite).
Now I just cruise around, trying to get gigs and working on material for a second album. The thing I love most about writing and performing music is making people feel something, trying to enter into their world and letting them become part of yours, if only for a little while…
